Examination Regulations

You will be bound by the Examination Regulations before, during and after your examinations and therefore must ensure that you read them carefully:

Candidate Instructions

You must take your Candidate Instructions with you into every ICAS examination that you sit.

You must download the Candidate Instructions from the ICAS website as follows:

1. Log in with your student number and password.

2. You will now be on the 'My Site' page and there will be an option called 'My Candidate Instructions'.

3. Click on ‘My Candidate Instructions’. You will then be asked to confirm that you have read and will abide by the Regulations. Once you have agreed you will be able to see your Candidate Instructions.

You must print your Candidate Instructions and take them and one form of photographic identification to the Examination Hall in order to be permitted entry. The Candidate Instructions will detail the examinations that you are enrolled for, your candidate number and your examination venue.

Results

You can receive your exam results on the dedicated exam results site for up to two weeks after the results date. Additionally you can now receive your examination results by SMS text message (in addition to them going on the website) if you wish. This will allow you to receive your results when you are travelling, out at a client or just away from your computer. You must register to use this service close to Result Day. Details of how to do this will be provided on your Candidate Instructions for the examination.
